Account help

  • Create an account: choose Create account on the home page, enter your name, firm name, email and password, then click the verification link emailed to you.
  • Didn't get the verification email: use Resend verification email on the confirmation screen, and check your spam folder.
  • Forgot your password: choose Log in, then Forgot your password? — you'll receive a reset link and can set a new password.
  • Change your email or password once signed in: Settings → Account.
  • Update your name, phone or firm details: Profile.
  • Join a company's workspace: ask its Owner or an Admin for an invitation from Settings → Team, open the invitation link, then create an account (or log in) with the invited email address.
  • Manage your team: Owners and Admins invite members, change roles and remove access from Settings → Team. Removing someone ends their access; the records they created stay in the workspace.

Google Calendar connection help

  • Connecting is optional. Every ClaimTrack feature works without it.
  • To connect: Settings → Integrations → Connect Google Calendar, then approve the request in the Google window. ClaimTrack asks only for permission to manage calendar events.
  • Pop-up blocked: allow pop-ups for ClaimTrack and try again.
  • Status shows 'Needs reconnecting': click Reconnect Google Calendar — Google access was revoked or expired.
  • To disconnect: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. This stops future calendar access. It does not sign you out and does not delete any ClaimTrack records.

Privacy and data requests

To request a copy of the information ClaimTrack holds about your account, to correct it, or to ask a question about how it is handled, contact ClaimTrack using the contact details above and include the email address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and why.

Deleting your data or account

  • Individual records: delete leads, contacts, notes, follow-ups, documents, photos and albums directly in the app. Deleted leads go to the trash, where you can restore them or delete them permanently.
  • Google Calendar authorization: disconnect in Settings → Integrations, or remove ClaimTrack's access from your Google Account's security settings.
  • Full account and workspace deletion: send a deletion request from the email address on your account using the contact details above. This removes the account, its workspace and the records in it, and cannot be undone.
